However, although individual camera manufacturers have created their own customized adapters, lenses and camera bodies between different manufacturers can not be used directly. The KIPON L/M-SL M adapter mounts Leica M mount series onto Leica SL series camera bodies. Please note that after mounting the adapter, only manual mode will be accessible in shooting. This adapter is specifically designed to support macro mode. The helicoid can be turned to further focus the lens. Please note that once the helicoid is adjusted out of its original position, infinity focus will no longer be available. When the adapter is in its original position, the infinity focus function will continue to work as usual.
All KIPON adapters undergo the CNC turning center procedure during manufacturing to provide our customers with only the utmost precision and quality. We guarantee an ideal fitting between cameras and lenses to maintain the ease and accuracy of photography. All adapters are made of brass and or aluminium alloy.
