With 16 ribs this folding beauty dish utilises a correct and efficient parabolic shape creating a much higher quality of light than typical softboxes.
• FOLDABLE AND PORTABLE- The 16 strong rods are easy to push into place, and when folded are still held in place meaning you can't lose the rods. You can even leave the deflector plate installed when packing it away! When folded this beauty dish fits neatly and securely inside the free carry transport bag. The fabric itself is far thicker and denser than the typical softboxes, improving life expectancy and preventing light leakage. 
• CORRECT PARABOLIC DESIGN- Our folding beauty dish has been designed to fold out into a perfect parabola, giving you an even spread of light and incredible efficiency. The deflector not only prevents hotspots, but also bounces the light back into the beauty dish to ensure perfect spread. The deflector can even be quickly reversed to produce different light effects.

The Lencarta folding beauty dish has been built and designed with the correct parabolic design making it efficient at creating a much higher quality of light than a typical softbox. With the 16 virtually indestructible supporting rods, this not only creates an almost circular specular catch light but helps provide the quality of light expected from beauty dishes, with the simplicity and portability of a folding softbox.

We have also made this folding beauty dish ready to use straight out the box. The honeycomb can help direct the light, control light spill and prevent lens flares. The UV coated inner and outer diffusers are great for softening and diffusing the light, and when both are used together the folding beauty dish can also act like a softbox meaning you effectively get two products-in-one.

Designed to be used with any flash head, regardless of modelling lamp design thanks to the correct positioning of the deflector plate.
